This video follows ever-deepening concentration on tiny vibrations in the pelvis and spine over which the arms and upper body move in slow continuous movement - the dance of birch leaves trembling in the breeze while clouds drift above. As you practice this dancemeditation, journey beyond metaphor into resonance with nature's motion.
The practice is done standing, the feet softening into the floor. The group on the video moves in unison with Dunya, then each person and you continue individually with eyes closed. Dunya's wordless guidance draws you further and further into your own moving internality until forces beyond you move and suspend your body in space. Embodied attention blossoms.
