Refund and Cancellation Policy
Retreat & Workshop Registration:
Our cancellation policy applies to all retreats and workshop, but not Monastery Cards). A 50% refund is available up to three weeks prior to an event. For cancellation between three weeks and two days prior to an event, we will be happy to credit 50% of your registration fee towards a workshop to be completed within a one year of date of purchase. No credit or refund for any further cancellation without 48 hours notice.
DVD & CD:
We are happy to replace faulty merchandise. Please return the dics for a replacement. Sorry but we do not refund or exchange audio or video programs.
