The Dancemeditation™ workshop is for people at all levels, from beginner to advanced. It will make use of fluid stretching, and movement and dance as healing meditation process. Dancemeditation™ is based in Sufi practices and Eastern and Western self-explorational dance forms.

Dancemeditation™ does not require learning steps. Students who try Dancemeditation™ report feelings of pleasure, relaxation, integration and healing.
